Free USPS Priority shipping
Eligible orders with a merchandise subtotal of $39.99 USD or more receive free USPS Priority shipping. The discount is applied automatically when the cart reaches the threshold; no code is required. USPS Priority is the only checkout shipping option.
Shipping availability still depends on the destination, selected products, and available carrier services. The checkout page shows the final eligible options and prices before payment.
Processing orders
After checkout, an order moves into processing. Processing means the order is reviewed, packed, labeled, and prepared for carrier pickup. Processing time can vary based on order volume, product availability, payment review, holidays, weather, and carrier schedules. A shipping label may be created before the carrier physically scans the package, so tracking can appear quiet at first.
Customers should review their shipping address carefully before placing an order. Apartment numbers, suite numbers, ZIP codes, and spelling all matter. If an address is incomplete or appears invalid, the order may be delayed while support reviews it. If you notice an address mistake after checkout, email support@kratomparadise.com immediately with the order number and corrected address.
Carriers and tracking
Kratom Paradise may use available carriers based on destination, service level, package size, and operational needs. Once a package is in the carrier network, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. Tracking updates may appear quickly, or they may take longer during handoff. A package can be moving even if the tracking page has not updated recently.
Tracking details are usually sent to the email address used at checkout. If you do not see tracking, check spam, promotions, and junk folders. Make sure the checkout email address was typed correctly. If you still cannot find tracking after the order has had time to process, contact support with your order number so we can look it up.
Prohibited shipping destinations
Kratom Paradise does not ship kratom products to Alabama, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Ohio, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, Washington, DC, or Wisconsin. Product-specific and local restrictions may also apply.
Checkout will not offer a shipping method for these destinations. If an order reaches the store despite a restriction, it will be held, canceled, and refunded before fulfillment. Review the Kratom Legality Map & Shipping by State before ordering.
Delivery questions
If tracking says delivered but you do not see the package, check the mailbox, parcel locker, front desk, side door, porch, building office, and nearby delivery areas. Carriers sometimes mark delivery shortly before the package is physically placed, so it can be worth checking again later the same day. If the package still cannot be located, contact the carrier and then email support.
For the fastest help, include your order number, tracking number, shipping address, and a short explanation of what the tracking page shows. Shipping cases are easier to review when the information is complete.
