Free standard shipping
Eligible orders with a merchandise subtotal of $39.99 USD or more receive free standard shipping. The discount is applied automatically when the cart reaches the threshold; no code is required. Express service remains available at its displayed paid rate.
Shipping availability still depends on the destination, selected products, and available carrier services. The checkout page shows the final eligible options and prices before payment.
Processing orders
After checkout, an order moves into processing. Processing means the order is reviewed, packed, labeled, and prepared for carrier pickup. Processing time can vary based on order volume, product availability, payment review, holidays, weather, and carrier schedules. A shipping label may be created before the carrier physically scans the package, so tracking can appear quiet at first.
Customers should review their shipping address carefully before placing an order. Apartment numbers, suite numbers, ZIP codes, and spelling all matter. If an address is incomplete or appears invalid, the order may be delayed while support reviews it. If you notice an address mistake after checkout, email support@kratomparadise.com immediately with the order number and corrected address.
Carriers and tracking
Kratom Paradise may use available carriers based on destination, service level, package size, and operational needs. Once a package is in the carrier network, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. Tracking updates may appear quickly, or they may take longer during handoff. A package can be moving even if the tracking page has not updated recently.
Tracking details are usually sent to the email address used at checkout. If you do not see tracking, check spam, promotions, and junk folders. Make sure the checkout email address was typed correctly. If you still cannot find tracking after the order has had time to process, contact support with your order number so we can look it up.
United States shipping availability
Kratom Paradise currently ships only to eligible addresses in the United States. Checkout availability is configured at the state level.
Orders cannot be shipped to Alabama, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Ohio, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, or Wisconsin. These states will not display an available shipping method at checkout.
State availability may change as laws, licensing programs, and product rules change. If an order is placed to a destination that cannot be served, it may be canceled and refunded before fulfillment. If a carrier returns a package because of an address or delivery issue, support will review the situation using the tracking record and order details.
Delivery questions
If tracking says delivered but you do not see the package, check the mailbox, parcel locker, front desk, side door, porch, building office, and nearby delivery areas.
